Arabs stand very close together when talking and look at each other in the eye closely. Apparently it is impolite not to do so.

I thinnk it's cool how in most cultures different colors mean compleatly different this but i think its cool that in most cultures blue means calming. thats the color my room is painted.

First I would note his problems and then id fire him the reason is becouse with the amount of knowledge he should not be asking stupid questions like weather or not he should go to a meeting. also his atittude i would not appreciate so yes I'd fire him.
